School Based Project
The School Based Project is a 4–6 week asthma management program for children grades K — 5 with asthma or asthma-like symptoms.
Free day camps: teaching the essentials of asthma management

* self-esteem building
* exercise activities
Trained HERC staff will visit your home to identify asthma triggers & make recommendations
Workshops for adult asthmatics and parent/ guardian of asthmatics.
HERC’s programs are tailored for both one-on-one and group settings. Available by appointment.
Asthma Internship Program prepares volunteers to teach the asthma curriculum in local schools.
Resource Center Tours & Presentations
The HERC Asthma Resource Center welcomes school tours of our facility.
Schools, community-based organizations, and health fairs may request an informational presentation regarding asthma by one of the HERC staff.
